4. Earnings and Withdrawals

StreamX pays users for active music streaming. Withdrawals are processed based on available payment methods and thresholds. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from posting harmful content or attempting to exploit the system. Bots, scripts, and automated playback tools are strictly forbidden.

6. Intellectual Property

All music, logos, text, graphics, and other assets on StreamX are owned by us, our artists, or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free service. We are not liable for lost earnings due to technical failures or disqualifications.

8. Account Termination

StreamX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Users may also request to close their accounts at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
